Over the course of my 32 years, I have watched way too many movies and TV shows. During those years of viewing, one actor has stood out as one of my favorites. For years I spotted him in movies like Spaceballs, Sneakers, Groundhog’s Day, and TV shows like Mad About You, That 70’s show, and Suddenly Susan, without knowing his name. Then, he showed up on my favorite show, Heroes, and I had to know who he was.
He has a massively prolific résumé of movie, TV and voiceover work. In everything he is in he manages to somehow blend into his role completely, yet still stand out. His most recent parts have included the characters Sandy Ryerson on Glee, and Professor Peter Sheffield on NBC’s Community. He has been acting since 1976 and will hopefully continue for a very long time.
